Payment is to be made in advance by purchasing the product  that you need through our secure shopping cart. 

Once payment is received, your purchase will be scheduled to be shipped and you will receive an email to that effect.

There is no Free Shipping Available for International Orders. You are responsible for all duties and taxes if requested from your government authorities for the items sold in our store.

Shipping Insurance:

If you purchase shipping insurance at checkout, this will cover the your package if it is lost or stolen in the mail and we will send replacements for whatever items were in the package.

Phantom Brow Polices: 

Do not use Phantom Brow henna on any other part of your body except your eyebrows. As this henna is specifically made for your eyebrows and has hair dye in it which some people  can be allergic to. 

You must only follow our instructions on the back of the box for the henna and we are not liable for any alterations of use of our product as intended.

We require you to do a proper patch test on your inner forearm before using this product to make sure you are not allergic. If any reactions do occur cease use of this product immediately. You can contact us for a return of a product if you do have an allergic reaction. If you are worried that you are allergic reaction with the product don't use the product.

You can find our patch test instructions. On our tutorial video or included postcard slip in your order. 

We are not liable for any allergic reaction that may occur while using this product. You may not sue or take legal action for any allergic reaction or bodily harm that may occur. All complaints or cases must go through arbitration. 

By making a purchase of our Phantom Brow product you are agreeing to all of these terms.


You have 14 days after you received your purchase to request a return of an item. The product must be not used and unopened in box to be able to return the product. As it is an

After your item has been returned and reviewed and everything checks out a refund will be made to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Replacements for orders are non-returnable or refundable.


To initiate return please contact us at support@thehennaplug.com with your order number and your problem with the product.

A 8$ fee will be deducted from the final refund of product as cost for the return label.

Additional shipping costs are non-refundable. (Including 3 day or 2 day shipping)

By Purchasing any product from us you are thereby agreeing to our return and billing policies.

International orders:

For our international orders, all sales are final and we do not return or exchange products that have left the US border.

Subscription Policy:

You will receive subscription pricing on the first order and all of the recurring orders after.

You are not allowed to cancel the subscription until one month of the recurring subscription has been processed and charged.

Your shipment comes with free shipping! But, if you want faster shipping you may upgrade it at checkout.

After the one month of subscription has been processed and delivered and you want to cancel the subscription please email support@thehennaplug.com with your request

There are no refunds on subscription orders. For any reason

But, if something does occur we our able to send out a replacement.

By making a subscription purchase you are agreeing to all of our terms organic product.
